The apartment has a private mooring available - please provide 8 weeks notice if a mooring is required to assist availability. No guarantee of availability is made as moorings can be rented separately to the apartment and may be occupied.

Booking notes
25% deposit on booking. Balance 4 weeks before departure. Security Bond / Insurance for the protection of all parties, properties are insured for public lettings with Contents and full Public Liability insurance. However, you will be required to leave a £150 security bond to cover the excess on our policy should you be responsible for any damage. This deposit will be returned within 14 days of your return by the same method that it was paid.
